With shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, safe, telephone and TV (approx. 20m²). There are two small double rooms. One has a balcony, faces the street and is very spacious. The other double room faces the side of the street and has no balcony. A delicious country-style breakfast and a bottle of Hochsauerland mineral water to refresh you are included.

These rooms are on the 2nd floor and cannot be reached by lift.

Special cancellation policy, valid until further notice:

For bookings of 1-2 rooms, cancellation remains free of charge until further notice up to 4 days before arrival
After that, we charge 80 % of the booked price if the room cannot be re-let.
For group bookings of 3 rooms or more, please ask us about the cancellation terms individually; otherwise the group cancellation policy applies (see below).
Special cancellation terms apply to group tennis weekends; we will be happy to send them to you.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Please note that the following charges apply if rooms are not used:

Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: 30 % of the booked price
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 50 % of the booked price
Cancellation from 13 days before arrival up to the day of arrival, and early departure: 80 % of the booked price
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. We recommend taking out travel insurance

Payment:

Please settle your hotel bill in cash, by debit card (girocard) or by credit card on the day of your departure.

Arrival:
Your room is available from 2 pm.

Departure:
Please vacate your room by 11 am. Late check-out subject to availability: €40 per room

Bathrobe & hairdryer:
No need to pack them - they are waiting for you in your room.

Single occupancy:
Would you like more space and a double room for single use? Then please add €30 per night to the price of the respective room category.

Half board for stays of 2 nights or more: On weekdays we serve a 3-course menu with a choice of dishes for €38.00. At weekends we treat you to a 4-course menu with a salad course and a choice of main course for €45.00.

Dogs: Dogs can only be accommodated if booked in advance. The charge is €22 per day. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning. Please bring your dog's food and basket. Dogs are welcome in our Bierstube (pub) and in the Kachelofenstübchen (cosy parlour with a tiled stove).

Bowling alley: Our skittle alley (Kegelbahn, German nine-pin bowling) is available for €20.00 per hour.

What rooms are there and how much does a night cost?

The hotel has 23 rooms: 4 single rooms, 15 double rooms and 4 family rooms. A night with breakfast costs €78 to €130 depending on room and season, with half board €122 to €170.

What is the cancellation policy?

Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival, business travel bookings up to 1 day before arrival. Special conditions apply to the tennis weekend and group bookings – just ask us.
